Audrey’s Second Day
As many of you told us, the first night with your new baby is always tough. She fed many times, so we were up all night. Jenny was doing most of the work, I was trying to help with what I could (aka. . . diaper maintenance).
She has been up with us today so we hope she sleeps better tonight. We got some better pics today and will post more soon.
We want to thank everyone for all your kind regards. We haven’t been able to write back to everybody individually, but when things settle down a bit we will. Till then check back for updates!

The day has finally come. We are so excited. We are so happy to share these pics with everyone. Now we need some rest, so we will talk more when we are settled. Love Alex, Jenny and most importantly AUDREY!

36 Weeks and counting
Hi everybody,
Here are some updated pics of Audrey’s finished crib. Thank you to uncle Simon and tia Margarita and my cousins for getting us such a beautiful crib set it matches her room perfectly! Also here is an updated picture of the ever growing belly. When I say 36 weeks and counting, I really really mean it. On our last doctor’s visit, the doctor told Alex and I that Audrey was already in position which is great news, he also told us that he doesnt think we will make our 40 week mark. I cannot complain about that! We will keep you all posted. Love you tons!

Aquí están algunas fotos actualizadas de la cuna terminada de Audrey. Gracias al tío Simón y tia Margarita y a mis primos por regalarnos unas sabanas de cuna tan lindas y que tambien coincida con la habitacion de Audrey tan bien. Tambien tome una foto nueva de mi “bola de basketball” que no para de crezer. Cuando hablo de 36 semanas y contando, realmente lo digo en serio. En nuestra ultima visita con el médico, el nos dijo que Audrey ya estaba en posición, y que el no cree que llegaremos a las 40 semanas. Yo de eso no me puedo quejar! Los quiero mucho a todos!
Lets Frog!
Hi everyone,
I have solved my basinette dilema! thanks to everyone for giving me their thoughts and I have decided that I would like to have little Audrey with me in our room for the first month. So instead of getting a basinette we got the next best thing…. a frog! The bugaboo frog that is! its a stroller that works from infants to toddler and it can turn into a basinette too! For us it was the perfect solution and its super easy and comfy (also we think they are super cute) thank you so much to aunt Susu from Audrey and us! cant wait to use it, love you!

He resuelto mi dilema del basinette! Gracias a todos por darme sus pensamientos y e decidido que me gustaría tener a Audrey conmigo en el cuerto durante el primer mes. Así que en lugar de obtener un basinette tenemos la siguiente mejor cosa …. un frog! El bugaboo frog! es un stroller o silla de paseo que funciona desde bebés hasta niños pequeños y puede convertirse en un basinette también! Para nosotros fue la solución perfecta y es súper fácil utilizar y cómoda (también son super lindas) muchar gracias a la tía Susu de Audrey y nosotros! estoy loca por usarla ya!
Nursery: Check!
Well, 96% done at least. We still have to put the sheets on her crib, bring in some of her sweet toys in and few things here and there. But the bulk of it is finally there! Thank you so much to Audrey’s Granny, Grammy, and Auntie Kristy for all your help the Cherry Blossom looks beautiful and in full bloom! Love you guys!

Bueno, el 96% realiza por lo menos. Todavía tenemos que poner las sábanas de su cuna, traigan a algunos de sus juguetes. Pero la mayor parte ya esta finalmente allí! Muchas gracias a la Granny de Audrey, su Grammy, y la autnie Kristy por toda su ayuda el Cherry Blossom Tree se ve hermosa y en pleno florecimiento! Las quiero mucho!
Nursery Families
Well. . . We have less and less time before Audrey arrives. . . so we are trying to speed up the house work. We have managed to get some of Audrey’s nursery set up too!
One of the ideas we had was to make some graphics for the nursery. We liked the idea of having different animal families so Jenny and I sat down and made some prints. We framed them and hung them in her room. Here are the prints we decided to frame. Soon we will post pics of the nursery.

Bueno. . . Tenemos menos tiempo y menos antes de que Audrey llega. . . por eso estamos tratando de acelerar el trabajo de la casa. Hemos podido construir algunos de los muebles de Audrey tambien.
Una de las ideas que teníamos era hacer algunos gráficos para el cuarto de Audrey. Nos gustó la idea de tener familias de diferentes animales, y Jenny y yo nos sentamos e hizomos algunas impresiones. Las imprimimos y las pusimos en cuadros. Aquí están las fotos de las impresiones. Pronto publicaremos fotos de la guardería.

Alex and I wanted to thank you all so much for Audrey’s beautiful baby sh0wer. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family and the best friends anybody can ask for. Audrey is very lucky to be surrounded by so much love. We hope everyone had a wonderful time and for those friends and family members who could not make we sure missed you a lot! Thank you again and we love you.

Alex y yo quería dar las gracias a todos ustedes tanto por el baby shower hermoso de Audrey. Estamos tan bendecidos de tener una familia maravillosa y los mejores amigos que nadie puede pedir. Audrey es muy afortunada de estar rodeada de tanto cariño. Esperamos que todos la pasaron muy bien y para los amigos y miembros de la familia que no pudieron atender, nos hicieron mucha falta!
